Today, Aboca employs more than 1,600 people and operates in 16 countries.We are offering a job opportunity for a Customer Orders Processing who, in line with the company strategy and current regulations, will contribute to take care of customer order processing in order to ensure timely dispatch to the logistics service provider for processing.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify that orders received from sales reps have been entered correctly with respect to sales and
  • payment terms.
  • Report any non-compliant orders and make any necessary changes.
  • Enter any additions and corrections.
  • Enter any non-automated orders into the system, both for non-automated customers and shipments to sales reps, fairs, events, courses etc.
  • Process orders that can be fulfilled by importing them into the SAP system and assigning deliveries.
  • Send orders with assigned delivery to the logistics specialist for dispatch.

 

PROFILE & SKILLS

- Language skills: relevant national language required. Italian & English nice to have
- Qualification: preferable degree in economic field
- Working experience: minimum 1 year
