We offer an opportunity for employment for a HR Generalist.

Scope of the role: Ensuring the proper management of the different areas in Human Resources: recruitment, training, administration, employment agreements, union relations with the support and supervision of the head quarter HRBP.

 

Key responsability:

•Management of the entire recruitment process (choice of recruiting channels, posting of job offers, interviews, etc.) according to the guidelines provided by the HQ - HR Division
•Ensuring a proper onboarding plan: guaranteeing a good experience for candidates right from the recruitment phase, and then following up with new hires during the onboarding process.
•Management of all documents relating to hiring, termination and modification of employment agreements
•Ensure that all employee information (master data, job role changes, salary increases...) is up-to-date and stored correctly in cooperation with the external payroll service provider. Keep the HR ERP constantly updated.
•Collect training needs and, in collaboration with the Corporate HR department, propose and evaluate professional development plans
•Management and monitoring of projects in the areas of union relations and health and safety.
•Provide HQ with the required reports
•Participate with the General Manager in the definition of the personnel budget at both HC and cost level
•Monitor adherence to the assigned budget and provide periodic updates to the General Manager and the Group Controlling function for the preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements.
•Handling relations with the Payroll service provider, also in order to ensure proper management of the reporting data provided and allow a high level of integration with HQ
•Implementing the HR policies defined by the company and agreeing with the latter and the GM on any changes and/or additions needed to integrate global and local requirements.

 

STUDIES AND SKILLS:
Qualification: University education: labour law, psychology, human resources
Master: Human resources management - personnel administration
Languages: Italian and/or English
IT skills: Microsoft Office, Social Networks, SAP Succes Factor
Other: solid knowledge of Polish labour law
