We offer an opportunity for employment for a Sales Manager.
Scope of the role: Effectively and efficiently manage the sales activities as well as the human resources under his/her responsibility, respecting the Company and Group values, objectives and policies, by implementing the plans and strategies entrusted to him/her by the General Manager and HQ.
Key responsability:
•Ensure the correct planning and execution of sales activities in the territory, in terms of turnover, number of customers, national distribution coverage of Aboca product portfolio and market shares. Contribute to define the goals and action plans for the sales representatives and for all customer clusters, such us independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains (either operating offline and online), wholesalers.
•Achieve the economic objectives (sales revenue and margins) and financial objectives (credit – percentage of outstanding receivables) established by the Company, respecting the commercial policy and qualitative and quantitative standards of the Company.
•Constant monitor the sales results, analyze any deviations from the assigned sales and profitability objectives, proposing the implementation of corrective actions.
•Identification and leveraging of new business opportunities.
•Know the market and analyze its trends, evaluate and benchmark competitor products, analyze the general economic situation and make relevant suggestions.
•Define and implement, in collaboration with the other functions involved, the periodic offers (canvass) and the conditions of sale which are anyhow approved by the GM.
•Establishing and maintaining relationships with key strategic partners.
•Cooperate with all other corporate functions, of the Country and the Headquarter and actively participate in institutional meetings that will be held at the headquarters and/or on the national and international territory, both with colleagues and customers.
•Regular reporting activities.
•Provide and monitor the sales forecast, implementing corrective actions if needed as well as ensuring the proper quantitative and qualitative level of stock.
•Check compliance with the contractual conditions established with the logistician and propose possible improvements.
•Manage the activities of the team in order to ensure their maximum efficacy and efficiency, also through regular meetings with members of the sales team and through individual performance reviews.
•Assist in selecting and training new sales representatives with the Area Manager.
•Promote business development with strategic customers/key accounts.
•Support the development, motivation and growth of the team.
•Manage and implement the remuneration policy, including the variable part of the incentives, of the sales network according to the parameters defined with GM and Headquarters.
•Guarantee the activities of the Function, also proposing initiatives aimed at rationalizing commercial and business intelligence services as well as optimizing operating procedures according to the guidelines provided by the Headquarters.
STUDIES AND SKILLS:
Qualification: University education: degree in economics or scientific background
Languages: Polish and English (fluent), Italian preferred
IT skills: Microsoft Tools
