We offer an opportunity for employment for a Trade Marketing Specialist

Scope of the role: The resource will collaborate with the Global Trade Marketing Manager for the branch's Trade Marketing activities and will be the main reference in some special projects, such as: The Aboca Sales Academy and E-commerce B2B.

 

Key responsability:

-Monitoring of in-store and out-of-store activities
-Coordination of Category and Space Management activities
-Material planning management for Wholesalers, Groups & Chains and E-commerce -Collaborate with the Key Account for preparing the Business Review and Trade Marketing Plan for coming year
-Reporting of management targets and all Trade Marketing activities
-Administrative management towards external suppliers
-Support to the creation of materials for Sales Forces and Trade
-Competitor analysis for the E-Commerce channel
-Reporting dedicated to E-Commerce activities in collaboration with the Digital office
-Implementation of market research aimed at the Trade and Field Force
-Monitoring and archiving of materials on digital portals and applications aimed at trade and Sales Forces
-Verification testing on applications dedicated to Trade and Sales Force (Reserved Areas and C.R.M.)
-Development, implementation, analysis and monitoring of Loyalty activities dedicated to customers
-Planning, monitoring and archiving of newsletter articles dedicated to the group's customers
-Coordination of training activities dedicated to the Field Force through the Aboca Sales Academy
-Monitoring and review of the contents developed for the Sales Academy and the materials dedicated to the Trade
-Maintenance of the office's archive of documents and materials
-Management, uploading and monitoring of projects on the management application

 

 

STUDIES AND SKILLS:
University education: Master's degree in economics, Marketing or Management, nice to have specialization in Trade Marketing.

Languages: Polish and English (fluent), Italian preferred
IT skills: Familiarity with the main IT tools, in particular excel, p. point and the whole office365 package, knowledge of the main Analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush and Similarweb
