Training Specialist

We offer an employment opportunity as a Training Specialist in the Greater Poland Voivodeship.

Scope of the role: Ensure the execution of technical and scientific training activities for Aboca Group customers in their area of responsibility, for the sales network and for new trainers.

Key responsability:

•Execute the trainings for the assigned area in cooperation with ASMs, KAMs and Sale reps. And headquarters staff
•Schedule, plan and execute technical trainings according to company directions
•Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, with the goal of increasing their technical skills
•Take care of the Technical knowledge of Aboca commercial staff in assigned area and others
•Actively participate in area and national meetings and events organized by the company in the territory (Seminars, Conventions)
•Develop technical-scientific, interpersonal and business tool use skills through constant professional development

STUDIES AND SKILLS:
Qualification: University education: degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology or similar

Languages: Polish and English (fluent), Italian preferred
IT skills: Microsoft Tools
