Job Description: 

Bios-Therapy, Physiological Systems for Health SpA operates in the research and development of new molecular complexes obtained from natural substances by means of biotechnological processes, for the health of man, animals and plants, studying and selecting natural raw materials and all production processes from seed to finished product; specific systems composed of RNA and DNA are particularly researched and validated for their rebalancing activity in living organisms. The fields of application of the substances obtained, both single and mixed, are mainly aimed at degenerative, metabolic and oncological diseases.

 

We offer a placement opportunity in Bios-Therapy, Physiological Systems for Health SpA for a Medical Scientist.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply the principles of translational medicine to the interpretation of preclinical data and their subsequent analysis using bioinformatics tools.
• The successful candidate is expected to interact on a daily basis with laboratory scientists and bioinformaticians to generate the data interpretations necessary to enable a comprehensive systems biology approach.
• The successful candidate is expected to work independently, in the framework of collaborations with national and international academic institutions.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• MD (Internal Medicine, Clinical Pathology and Clinical Biochemistry, Endocrinology) and/or PhD (Molecular medicine, Biochemistry)
• Scientific Background (Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology)
• Prior experience in a life science laboratory even without bench work.

• Previously exposed to interactions with work groups in the bio-computational field.
• Fluent in English
